Curb Side Pickup- Terms

  • Please allow additional 9 days for processing on drop ship items. Parking in the Museum structure is free for the first 30min.

Where do I park for pickup?
  • Parking patrol can assist directing guests to the Pickup Parking spaces.
  • Guests can use the loading zone areas and spots behind for pickup from gift shop. No other vehicles to be allowed in these spots.  
  • When they arrive, guests need to phone into the Gift Shop for their orders to be brought out (323-964-6328 or 323-964-6311). 
  • Delivery to a customer’s car or truck can be made by either placing the purchased items in their vehicle’s trunk or open passenger door for contact free delivery.
  • Parking is free for thirty minutes so no payment or validations will be needed.

Where do I go for Curb Side Pickup without Driving?

Without parking spaces reserved, we designated a museum pick up area where customers can pick up orders if traveling by other means of transportation. Similar to a pick-up window at local restaurants. The customer calls us from the designated pick up area, verify their order # and we leave the order on the table or bench for the customer to pick up. One customer at a time with 6 feet divisions markers on the floor to separate customers. 

  • When they arrive, guests need to phone into the Gift Shop for their orders to be brought out (323-964-6328 or 323-964-6311). 
  • Guests arriving at the Museum by foot or on public transportation need to wait by the bench located next to the parking pay machines.
  • Delivery for guests waiting at the bench will be made by leaving the bagged purchase on the bench where the customer is waiting. For contact free delivery. 

What if I selected store pick up/ Curb Side Pickup by mistake?

  • Please verify shipping option selected before placing order.
  • Petersen Store is not liable for the "accidental choosing" of Curb side pickup as shipping option. 
  • No free shipping available, unless a Promo Code is offered.
