We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International and Canadian Orders.


    Depending on the product(s) ordered and the destination of the order, certain shipping services may not be available. All Credit Card Orders can only be shipped to a VERIFIED Billing Address. Credit Card Orders will not be shipped until all information are verified and matched. All other orders (Check, Money Order, Wire Transfer) will not be shipped until payment has been received in full. All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 30 calendar days. As a security precaution, all IP Addresses will be recorded for each completed web transaction. If you i.e. the Customer enters the wrong shipping address, delays and extra fees may be added to correct the situation, please review shipping information and/or contact us immediately.  
     
    Shipping Charges are NON REFUNDABLE. Selecting an expedited shipping method does not guarantee that the order will be shipped by a certain date. An expedited shipping method only instructs PETERSEN to use that method of shipping when the order is processed and ready to ship.

    Selecting Pick-up In Store* does not guaranty a 48hr readiness for your order. 48hrs is an estimated time for Store Pickup orders.  48hr readiness only qualifies for in stock items.  Pick-up In Store* orders receive an email confirmation when the order is ready for pickup.  Please call ahead before arriving for advance store pick-up. The Petersen has 3 EV charging ports for electric vehicles located on the south side of P1.

    Please note there are no elevators in the parking garage. Passengers may be dropped off at the entrance on the first floor. Accessible parking spots (19) are only located on the first floor of the Petersen parking garage (P1), close to the main entrance, which is also accessible. There are no accessible parking spaces on the second, third, or fourth.

    * Pick-Up In Store orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification that it is ready. The customer will be contacted if order has not been picked up within 7 days. If the attempt(s) to reach customer is met with no response by the customer, the order will result in a cancellation and forfeit of the payment by the customer.
